Mr. McCurdy has more than twenty years of experience in intellectual property positions at highly regarded technological companies including ThinkFire, Lucent Technologies and the IBM Corporation. Mr. McCurdy received his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina and serves as Chairman of PatentFreedom, an online community providing companies comprehensive information and networking capabilities to better manage Non-Practicing Entities interaction.

Mr. Hopkin began his career in public accounting but for the past twenty years has served as the CFO of venture capital-backed companies. He holds a BS in Economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Denning has 22 years experience as an embedded systems engineer and 10 years experience in intellectual property. He is a subject matter expert in multi-core processors, high speed communications networks, digital signal processing, GPS and digital video. Prior to coming to AST he provided services to many law firms and Fortune 100 companies, identifying numerous new licensing opportunities, and for defense, prior art.

Linda Biel has more than 20 years of experience in high technology, specializing in business development, marketing and sales. She is responsible for new member recruitment and managing the relationships between Allied Security Trust and sellers of patent portfolios, including patent brokers and direct sellers. Previously, she was a founder and Director of Customer Relations for PatentFreedom, and before that served in a variety of customer and partner interfacing roles at IBM, including assignments in both Asia and Europe. Linda received a M.S. magna cum laude in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
