	Daniel P. McCurdy CEO Mr. McCurdy has more than twenty years of experience in intellectual property positions at highly regarded technology companies including ThinkFire, Lucent Technologies and IBM. Mr. McCurdy received his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina. He also serves as CEO of PatentFreedom, an online community providing companies comprehensive information and networking capabilities to better manage patent assertions from Non-Practicing Entities.
	Kerry G. Hopkin CFO Mr. Hopkin began his career in public accounting but for the past twenty years has served as the CFO of venture capital-backed companies. He holds a BS in Economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
	Linda Biel Vice President Business Development Linda Biel has more than 20 years of experience in high technology, specializing in business development, marketing and sales. She is responsible for new member recruitment and managing the relationships between Allied Security Trust and sellers of patent portfolios, including patent brokers and direct sellers. Previously, she was a founder and Director of Customer Relations for PatentFreedom, and before that served in a variety of customer and partner interfacing roles at IBM, including assignments in both Asia and Europe. Linda received a M.S. magna cum laude in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
	Mihir Patel Director of Patent and Market Analytics Mihir Patel has over 10 years of experience in IP monetization and licensing, patent evaluation and analytics, and IP consulting services. He is responsible for patent portfolio triage and analysis as well as member communication for patents available for purchase through AST. He also manages product development for fAST IP and relationships with SMEs, IP analysis partners and IP data services. Previously, he was Project Manager at ThinkFire Services where he assisted major fortune 500 companies in analyzing their patent portfolios for licensing and brokerage opportunities, litigations, reverse engineering, claim charting and IP modeling. He was also a founding member of the PatentFreedom and lead content research team and system design. Mihir received M.E. in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and B.E. in Electrical Engineering from North Gujarat University.
